ATN1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ATN1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,359 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ATN1-associated genes across cancer lineages are NDUFA9, ITFG2, and PEX5. Each is linked with ATN1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATN1-to-partner and partner-to-ATN1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ATN1 versus NDUFA9 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ATN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ATN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
