ATN1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ATN1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,029 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ATN1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR4757, GLRXP3, and RNU6-1118P. Each is linked with ATN1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATN1-to-partner and partner-to-ATN1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR4757 grouped by ATN1-low versus ATN1-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ATN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ATN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
