Across TCGA cell cohorts, ATN1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,088 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ATN1-associated genes across cancer lineages are LAX1, DCANP1, and GUCA1C. Each is linked with ATN1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATN1-to-partner and partner-to-ATN1 results are reported.
