ATMIN

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ATMIN protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,697 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ATMIN-associated genes across cancer lineages are CYTH4, CXorf21, and BATF3. Each is linked with ATMIN in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATMIN-to-partner and partner-to-ATMIN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ATMIN versus CYTH4 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.56.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ATMIN→partner) and Y-score (partner→ATMIN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
