ATM

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ATM RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,831 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ATM-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RNF214, DCPS, and EPB41L2. Each is linked with ATM in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATM-to-partner and partner-to-ATM results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ATM versus RNF214 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.32.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ATM→partner) and Y-score (partner→ATM) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
