ATM

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ATM protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,359 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ATM-associated genes across cancer lineages are ICAM3, KLRG1, and PIM2. Each is linked with ATM in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATM-to-partner and partner-to-ATM results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ATM versus ICAM3 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.33.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ATM→partner) and Y-score (partner→ATM) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
