ATM

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ATM mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,948 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ATM-associated genes across cancer lineages are GEMIN4, PTP4A3, and CDCA2. Each is linked with ATM in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATM-to-partner and partner-to-ATM results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GEMIN4 grouped by ATM-low versus ATM-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ATM→partner) and Y-score (partner→ATM) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
