Across TCGA patient cohorts, ATM mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 109 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ATM-associated genes across cancer lineages are Caspase-7-cleavedD198, PRDX1, and PCNA. Each is linked with ATM in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATM-to-partner and partner-to-ATM results are reported.
