ATM

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ATM mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 491 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ATM-associated genes across cancer lineages are EBF2, DPEP3, and FAM236A. Each is linked with ATM in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATM-to-partner and partner-to-ATM results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, EBF2 grouped by ATM-low versus ATM-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ATM→partner) and Y-score (partner→ATM) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
