ATL2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ATL2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,878 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ATL2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-458P, MIR649, and RNA5SP420. Each is linked with ATL2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATL2-to-partner and partner-to-ATL2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-458P grouped by ATL2-low versus ATL2-high in STAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ATL2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ATL2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
