ATIC

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ATIC RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,281 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ATIC-associated genes across cancer lineages are MRPS5, PSMD1, and VARS1. Each is linked with ATIC in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATIC-to-partner and partner-to-ATIC results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ATIC versus MRPS5 in ACC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.90.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ATIC→partner) and Y-score (partner→ATIC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
