ATIC

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ATIC RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,808 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ATIC-associated genes across cancer lineages are HSPD1, XRCC5, and FARSB. Each is linked with ATIC in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATIC-to-partner and partner-to-ATIC results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ATIC versus HSPD1 in BLOOD_Myeloma, with a Pearson correlation of 0.56.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ATIC→partner) and Y-score (partner→ATIC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
