The strongest signal is observed in lung squamous cell carcinoma (LUSC), where higher ATG9B Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ATG9B expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LUSC, STAD, and UCEC are the cancer types where ATG9B Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
