ATG9B

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ATG9B RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,308 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ATG9B-associated proteins across cancer lineages are KRT80, SERPINB5, and PKP3. Each is linked with ATG9B in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATG9B-to-partner and partner-to-ATG9B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ATG9B versus KRT80 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ATG9B→partner) and Y-score (partner→ATG9B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
