Across TCGA cell cohorts, ATG9B RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,904 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ATG9B-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of autophagy, Transcription pausing by RNA polymerase II, and Regulation of myoblast fusion. Each is linked with ATG9B in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATG9B-to-partner and partner-to-ATG9B results are reported.
