ATG9A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ATG9A RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,121 significant associations in total. OV shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ATG9A-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are 5S class rRNA transcription by RNA polymerase III, Smoothened signaling pathway involved in dorsal/ventral neural tube patterning, and Dorsal/ventral pattern formation. Each is linked with ATG9A in more than 23 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATG9A-to-partner and partner-to-ATG9A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ATG9A→partner) and Y-score (partner→ATG9A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
