Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ATG9A protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,718 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ATG9A-associated genes across cancer lineages are SEMA3F-AS1, LMBR1, and DCHS1. Each is linked with ATG9A in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATG9A-to-partner and partner-to-ATG9A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ATG9A→partner) and Y-score (partner→ATG9A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
