ATG9A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ATG9A RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,457 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ATG9A-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of cellular response to transforming growth factor beta stimulus, Positive regulation of transforming growth factor beta receptor signaling pathway, and Cytosolic transport. Each is linked with ATG9A in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATG9A-to-partner and partner-to-ATG9A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ATG9A→partner) and Y-score (partner→ATG9A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
