ATG5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ATG5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 994 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ATG5-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP52, RNA5SP432, and RNA5SP386. Each is linked with ATG5 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATG5-to-partner and partner-to-ATG5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP52 grouped by ATG5-low versus ATG5-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ATG5→partner) and Y-score (partner→ATG5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
