ATG4D

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ATG4D RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,227 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ATG4D-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TRIR, UHRF1, and KEAP1. Each is linked with ATG4D in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATG4D-to-partner and partner-to-ATG4D results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ATG4D versus TRIR in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ATG4D→partner) and Y-score (partner→ATG4D) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
