Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ATG4D mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 696 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ATG4D-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPL12P5, SNORD90, and PKN3. Each is linked with ATG4D in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATG4D-to-partner and partner-to-ATG4D results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RPL12P5 grouped by ATG4D-low versus ATG4D-high in COAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ATG4D→partner) and Y-score (partner→ATG4D) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
