Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ATG4D mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 9 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ATG4D-associated genes across cancer lineages are ACC1, Ku80, and Annexin-1. Each is linked with ATG4D in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATG4D-to-partner and partner-to-ATG4D results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ACC1 grouped by ATG4D-low versus ATG4D-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ATG4D→partner) and Y-score (partner→ATG4D) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
