ATG4D

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ATG4D RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,674 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ATG4D-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein localization to phagophore assembly site, Positive regulation of anaphase-promoting complex-dependent catabolic process, and Energy coupled proton transmembrane transport, against electrochemical gradient. Each is linked with ATG4D in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATG4D-to-partner and partner-to-ATG4D results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Protein localization to phagophore assembly site grouped by ATG4D-low versus ATG4D-high in BREAST.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ATG4D→partner) and Y-score (partner→ATG4D) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
