ATG4C

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ATG4C RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,315 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ATG4C-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MRPL16, MRPL22, and CC2D1B. Each is linked with ATG4C in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATG4C-to-partner and partner-to-ATG4C results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ATG4C versus MRPL16 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.32.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ATG4C→partner) and Y-score (partner→ATG4C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
