ATG4C

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ATG4C protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,483 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ATG4C-associated genes across cancer lineages are CTSH, CD3G, and CD74. Each is linked with ATG4C in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATG4C-to-partner and partner-to-ATG4C results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ATG4C versus CTSH in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.27.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ATG4C→partner) and Y-score (partner→ATG4C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
