ATG4C

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ATG4C mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,890 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ATG4C-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPL17P12, LINC02558, and HNRNPH1P2. Each is linked with ATG4C in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATG4C-to-partner and partner-to-ATG4C results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RPL17P12 grouped by ATG4C-low versus ATG4C-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ATG4C→partner) and Y-score (partner→ATG4C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
