ATG4C

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ATG4C RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,946 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ATG4C-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of centriole replication, Regulation of DNA damage checkpoint, and Protein delipidation. Each is linked with ATG4C in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATG4C-to-partner and partner-to-ATG4C results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Positive regulation of centriole replication grouped by ATG4C-low versus ATG4C-high in UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ATG4C→partner) and Y-score (partner→ATG4C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
