ATG4C

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ATG4C mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ATG4C-associated genes across cancer lineages are CRP, LYZL2, and IFNL2. Each is linked with ATG4C in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATG4C-to-partner and partner-to-ATG4C results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CRP grouped by ATG4C-low versus ATG4C-high in LUNG_SCLC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ATG4C→partner) and Y-score (partner→ATG4C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
