The most reproducible ATG4AP1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Nucleoside phosphate biosynthetic process, Regulation of generation of precursor metabolites and energy, and Ribose phosphate biosynthetic process. Each is linked with ATG4AP1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATG4AP1-to-partner and partner-to-ATG4AP1 results are reported.
