Across TCGA patient cohorts, ATG4AP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,700 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ATG4AP1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Nucleoside phosphate biosynthetic process, Regulation of generation of precursor metabolites and energy, and Ribose phosphate biosynthetic process. Each is linked with ATG4AP1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATG4AP1-to-partner and partner-to-ATG4AP1 results are reported.
