Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ATG4AP1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 11 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated ATG4AP1 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), where higher ATG4AP1 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ATG4AP1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as GBM and UCEC show a favorable association.
ACC, LUSC, and CESC are the cancer types where ATG4AP1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
