ATG3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ATG3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,575 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ATG3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are OSBPL11, UMPS, and RAB7A. Each is linked with ATG3 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATG3-to-partner and partner-to-ATG3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ATG3 versus OSBPL11 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ATG3→partner) and Y-score (partner→ATG3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
