Across TCGA patient cohorts, ATG3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,493 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ATG3-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP75, IGHVIV-44-1, and CCDC121P1. Each is linked with ATG3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATG3-to-partner and partner-to-ATG3 results are reported.
