Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, ATG2B mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 478 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ATG2B-associated genes across cancer lineages are GUCA2A, C16orf90, and C14orf180. Each is linked with ATG2B in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATG2B-to-partner and partner-to-ATG2B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GUCA2A grouped by ATG2B-low versus ATG2B-high in OESOPHAGUS.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ATG2B→partner) and Y-score (partner→ATG2B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
