Across TCGA patient cohorts, ATG16L2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,504 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ATG16L2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PPP1R9A-AS1, USP9YP10, and TRAJ47. Each is linked with ATG16L2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATG16L2-to-partner and partner-to-ATG16L2 results are reported.
