Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, ATG16L2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 35 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ATG16L2-associated genes across cancer lineages are C18orf63, KRTAP5-4, and OR1L3. Each is linked with ATG16L2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATG16L2-to-partner and partner-to-ATG16L2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, C18orf63 grouped by ATG16L2-low versus ATG16L2-high in SOFT_TISSUE.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ATG16L2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ATG16L2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
