ATG14

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ATG14 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,897 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ATG14-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PPP2R5E, GMFB, and MTHFD1. Each is linked with ATG14 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATG14-to-partner and partner-to-ATG14 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ATG14 versus PPP2R5E in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ATG14→partner) and Y-score (partner→ATG14) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
