Across TCGA patient cohorts, ATG14 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 36 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ATG14-associated genes across cancer lineages are eEF2, EGFR_pY1068, and A-Raf_pS299. Each is linked with ATG14 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATG14-to-partner and partner-to-ATG14 results are reported.
