ATG101

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ATG101 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,014 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ATG101-associated genes across cancer lineages are CCR1, ATG13, and MAGEE2. Each is linked with ATG101 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATG101-to-partner and partner-to-ATG101 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ATG101 versus CCR1 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.30.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ATG101→partner) and Y-score (partner→ATG101) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
