Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ATG101 RNA differs between tumor and matched normal tissue in 10 of 18 cancer types tested, making tumor–normal expression one of ATG101’s most consistent transcriptional readouts.

The strongest signal is observed in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), where ATG101 RNA is more highly expressed in tumor relative to normal tissue. In most cancer types ATG101 is over-expressed in tumor.

COAD, HNSC, and LIHC are the cancer types where ATG101 tumor–normal differential expression is most reproducible.
