Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ATG10 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,528 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ATG10-associated genes across cancer lineages are SNRPBP1, ANKRD44-AS1, and FCGR2B. Each is linked with ATG10 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATG10-to-partner and partner-to-ATG10 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ATG10 versus SNRPBP1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.50.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ATG10→partner) and Y-score (partner→ATG10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
