ATG10

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ATG10 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 749 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ATG10-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU5E-9P, NUDT4P2, and RNA5SP411. Each is linked with ATG10 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATG10-to-partner and partner-to-ATG10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU5E-9P grouped by ATG10-low versus ATG10-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ATG10→partner) and Y-score (partner→ATG10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
