Across TCGA patient cohorts, ATG10 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 2 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ATG10-associated genes across cancer lineages are Myosin-IIa and MEK1. Each is linked with ATG10 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATG10-to-partner and partner-to-ATG10 results are reported.
