Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ATF7IP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,813 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ATF7IP2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NUBP1_S312, TRIM33_S1119, and SAMHD1. Each is linked with ATF7IP2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATF7IP2-to-partner and partner-to-ATF7IP2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ATF7IP2 versus NUBP1_S312 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ATF7IP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ATF7IP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
