Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ATF7IP2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 27 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ATF7IP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are IGFBP2, PREX1, and STAT3_pY705. Each is linked with ATF7IP2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATF7IP2-to-partner and partner-to-ATF7IP2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, IGFBP2 grouped by ATF7IP2-low versus ATF7IP2-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ATF7IP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ATF7IP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
