Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ATF7IP protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,148 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ATF7IP-associated genes across cancer lineages are RAD51AP1, NCAPD2, and CCDC77. Each is linked with ATF7IP in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATF7IP-to-partner and partner-to-ATF7IP results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ATF7IP versus RAD51AP1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ATF7IP→partner) and Y-score (partner→ATF7IP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
