Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, ATF7IP RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,559 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ATF7IP-associated genes across cancer lineages are WBP11, RLIM, and ERCC6L2. Each is linked with ATF7IP in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATF7IP-to-partner and partner-to-ATF7IP results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ATF7IP versus WBP11 in PANCREAS, with a Pearson correlation of 0.59.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ATF7IP→partner) and Y-score (partner→ATF7IP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
