ATF7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ATF7 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,366 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ATF7-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPS29P32, RNU6-750P, and MTND1P6. Each is linked with ATF7 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATF7-to-partner and partner-to-ATF7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RPS29P32 grouped by ATF7-low versus ATF7-high in LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ATF7→partner) and Y-score (partner→ATF7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
