ATF6

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ATF6 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 110 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ATF6-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR6B3, SLC15A5, and DPPA2. Each is linked with ATF6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATF6-to-partner and partner-to-ATF6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR6B3 grouped by ATF6-low versus ATF6-high in SKIN.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ATF6→partner) and Y-score (partner→ATF6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
