ATF5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ATF5 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 15 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ATF5-associated genes across cancer lineages are MSH2, EGFR_pY1068, and MEK1. Each is linked with ATF5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATF5-to-partner and partner-to-ATF5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MSH2 grouped by ATF5-low versus ATF5-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ATF5→partner) and Y-score (partner→ATF5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
