Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ATF4P4 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ATF4P4 data layer compared with 21 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher ATF4P4 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ATF4P4 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as SKCM and GBM show a favorable association.

HNSC, SKCM, and CESC are the cancer types where ATF4P4 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
